A workflow is a program, not a skill
Dynamic workflows are not a better way to instruct a model. They are Claude Code writing a small program that runs the work itself.

Product Builder
After years leading product and tech, I'm exploring how AI changes the way we build. I share what works here.
$ ./about
I've spent 15+ years in product leadership. I've built and scaled teams at European tech companies, from early stage to scale. The through-line: figuring out what actually matters, and getting everyone aligned around it.
The hardest part was always selling what we build while building what we sell. Holding a multi-year vision while shipping this quarter.
Then AI changed what one person could do. I moved past syntax and started writing specs. The bottleneck shifted from technical skill to imagination. I could own product, design, and engineering at once.
Now I build through 55x↗, my studio for teams that are part people, part agents. Almost everything I build turns context and judgment into infrastructure that both can run on.
These days, I build small games with my 8-year-old. She reminds me what matters most: the ability to imagine something that doesn't exist yet.
That's what I'm exploring here.
